On 29 September 2025, I had the honor of participating as a Partner at InvestPro Istanbul, a landmark international forum that brought together global investors, high net worth families, government representatives, entrepreneurs, and business leaders from across the world.
For me, InvestPro Istanbul was far more than another international conference. It was an important milestone in my journey through economic diplomacy, international investment, wealth management, and cross border collaboration.
More importantly, it provided an opportunity to engage with individuals and institutions working to shape the future of global investment and mobility.
Why InvestPro Istanbul 2025 Mattered
The global economic environment continues to experience significant uncertainty. Geopolitical tensions, changing investment patterns, economic transitions, and evolving regulations are forcing investors and families to reconsider how and where they preserve and grow their wealth.
In such an environment, platforms like InvestPro become increasingly important.
They create opportunities to explore secure and strategic investments, understand emerging wealth mobility solutions, examine citizenship by investment opportunities, and identify jurisdictions that can serve as gateways between different regions of the world.
Türkiye occupies a particularly important position in this landscape.
Located at the intersection of Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, Türkiye offers investors access to a strategically positioned economy with strong regional connections and significant long term potential.
Building Corridors Between Markets
As Founder & President of Fortune Group Global, the Pakistan Türkiye Investment & Development Council, and the International Citizenship Council, I view international forums such as InvestPro not simply as networking events, but as opportunities to build economic corridors.
A corridor is created when investors, governments, businesses, institutions, and families find common ground and establish relationships that can generate value over the long term.
These connections can lead to investment.
Investment can lead to businesses.
Businesses can create employment, innovation, and economic growth.
And economic growth can ultimately strengthen relationships between nations.
This is why I believe that economic diplomacy is not merely a concept discussed in boardrooms or government offices.
It is something that must be practiced.
Our Role as a Partner
Through Fortune Group Global, PTIDC, and ICC, our participation in InvestPro Istanbul reflected a broader vision.
Our objective is to connect capital with opportunity while helping investors and institutions navigate an increasingly interconnected global economy.
Fortune Group Global, established in 2007, has built its presence around luxury real estate, investment, and international wealth opportunities.
Pakistan Türkiye Investment & Development Council, established in 2025, focuses on strengthening investment and economic corridors between Pakistan and Türkiye.
International Citizenship Council, established in 2025, is focused on advancing conversations around ethical migration, citizenship by investment, international mobility, and responsible wealth planning.
Together, these platforms represent different dimensions of the same vision.
Investment creates opportunity.
Institutions create structure.
Economic diplomacy creates connections.
And when these elements come together, they can create lasting economic impact.
Investing Beyond Property
One of the central ideas that continues to shape my philosophy is that investment should not be viewed purely through the lens of assets.
Property, businesses, financial instruments, and other investments are important, but sophisticated wealth management is ultimately about positioning for the future.
It is about understanding geography.
It is about understanding mobility.
It is about understanding access.
It is about understanding how capital can create opportunities for the next generation.
This is why I often say:
“You don’t just invest in property. You invest in power that outlives you.”
The greatest investments are often those that create possibilities beyond the original transaction.
Recognition, Media, and Legacy
Over the years, I have been humbled to be featured in more than 500 local and international publications, alongside receiving recognition through numerous awards and professional honors.
My books, including The Man with a Thumb of Gold, Real Estate Gold Rush, and The Golden Guide to Wealth Management, have also been part of my effort to share perspectives on investment, entrepreneurship, wealth, and long term financial thinking.
However, recognition itself is not the ultimate objective.
The real purpose is to create something that lasts.
For me, that means helping investors identify opportunities, supporting businesses in entering new markets, strengthening institutional relationships, and contributing to economic ecosystems that can benefit future generations.
Legacy is not simply about what we accumulate.
It is about what we build.
Looking Toward 2026
As we move forward, my focus remains firmly centered on building stronger international investment corridors.
Through PTIDC and ICC, I aim to expand institutional cooperation and strengthen relationships across Europe, the Gulf, Africa, South Asia, and other emerging markets.
Türkiye and Pakistan have the potential to play increasingly important roles in the economic development of the Global South.
Both countries possess strategic geography, entrepreneurial communities, expanding markets, and opportunities for greater cooperation across investment, trade, technology, real estate, infrastructure, and other strategic sectors.
The challenge is to convert potential into partnerships.
And partnerships into measurable economic outcomes.
The Future of Economic Diplomacy
The future of international investment will increasingly depend on collaboration.
Governments cannot create sustainable economic growth alone.
Businesses cannot expand internationally without reliable institutional relationships.
Investors need trusted networks.
Families need long term strategies.
And emerging markets need platforms capable of connecting them with global capital.
This is where economic diplomacy can make a meaningful difference.
It can connect countries.
It can connect institutions.
It can connect investors.
And most importantly, it can create opportunities that extend beyond individual transactions.
Building Something That Outlives Us
Looking back at InvestPro Istanbul 2025, I do not see it simply as a conference or a professional milestone.
I see it as another step in a much larger journey.
A journey focused on connecting people, markets, institutions, and nations.
Because real legacy is not measured only by the assets we own.
It is measured by the corridors we build, the institutions we strengthen, the opportunities we create, and the influence we leave behind.
That is the philosophy that continues to guide my work.
And as we move into a new era of global investment and economic diplomacy, the goal remains clear:
Build stronger corridors.
Create greater opportunity.
Strengthen international partnerships.
And build a legacy that extends far beyond ourselves.
